The Diplomacy Management Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation aims to represent the foundation strongly in international relations and to achieve global-level impact on migration and diaspora issues. Through diplomatic contacts and strategic collaborations, it supports projects, and develops effective policy proposals and strategic plans. It analyzes the performance of diplomatic relations, improves processes through feedback, and evaluates global opportunities with innovative approaches. The foundation offers strategic cooperation in order to achieve international success and impact.

Migration Policy Research Directorate

The Social Policy Management Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation develops social policies aimed at increasing the social welfare of migrants and diaspora communities and supporting social cohesion. In this context, it offers social support programs in areas such as education, health, and labor-force integration, and strengthens its policies through data analysis and research. It organizes public-awareness campaigns, develops participatory approaches, and produces solutions aimed at increasing social welfare and equality by collaborating with various institutions.

Financial Affairs and Organization Management Directorate

The Organization Management Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation supports the other directorates in the successful planning and monitoring of events and projects and in the effective management of the necessary financial resources. It offers solutions for project plans within the framework of resource management and the principle of efficiency. Through continuous performance monitoring, feedback collection, and capacity-building training, it raises the quality of organizations and helps them achieve success.

Diaspora Communications Directorate

The Diaspora Communications Directorate establishes strong communication networks with diaspora communities living in Türkiye and abroad. It strengthens cultural ties and develops events and collaborations that increase interaction. By analyzing communities' needs, it strengthens participation and a sense of belonging.

Women's Diaspora Communications Directorate

The Women's Diaspora Communications Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation establishes global communication networks, offers support programs, and develops international collaborations in order to make the voice of the women's diaspora heard and to increase its social impact. It raises awareness by organizing awareness campaigns, training programs, and seminars. Through strategic communication plans, it shares women's achievements via the media, and it develops effective strategies by carrying out needs analyses through comprehensive research.

Project Management Directorate

The Project Management Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation coordinates the processes of developing, implementing, and monitoring projects in line with the foundation's vision and goals. It produces projects that create social impact at the national and international levels; it collaborates with the other directorates in processes such as resource management, time planning, and performance evaluation. By designing innovative projects through needs analysis and impact-focused methods, it aims to increase the sustainability and visibility of the foundation's activities.

Promotion, Media, and Public Relations Directorate

The Promotion and Media Directorate develops and implements effective communication strategies in order to convey the foundation's mission and activities to broad audiences. Through digital platforms, press and broadcast outlets, and social media, it increases the foundation's visibility and produces content that informs the public. By developing innovative projects across a wide range—from visual and audio media content to promotional materials—it strengthens the foundation's reputation and encourages social participation. At the same time, by providing media support for events and organizations, it aims to create a broader impact on a global scale.

GDV Academy and Publications Directorate

The GDV Academy and Publications Directorate is a unit that conducts academic research in the fields of migration and diaspora and that aims to make scientific and social contributions by producing knowledge-based publications and strategic content. Through academic articles, reports, and digital publications, it supports the sharing of knowledge at the national and international levels.

By integrating field experience with academic expertise, it develops training programs, workshops, and joint projects; gathering the academic value produced within the Migration and Diaspora Foundation under a single roof, it takes on the foundation's academic representation. By continuously developing its publication and research strategies, it contributes to the formation of qualified human resources.

Youth Affairs Directorate

The Youth Affairs Directorate of the Migration and Diaspora Foundation carries out activities aimed at developing the potential of young people living in Türkiye and in different parts of the world, and at strengthening them socially, culturally, and intellectually. By establishing communication and solidarity networks among young people, it supports the formation of strong ties among young diaspora members from different geographies. In this context, it organizes training programs, youth camps, leadership training, workshops, and international youth gatherings, and it broadens the reach of youth-focused work by establishing collaborations with national and international institutions. In this way, while supporting young people's individual development, it contributes to building sustainable ties among diaspora communities and to forming a strong vision for the future.
