NAME OF THE COURT THAT ISSUED THE REGISTRATION DECISION, AND THE DATE AND NUMBER OF THE DECISION: Decision no. E:2024/278, K:2024/422 dated 14.10.2024 of the Ankara 20th Civil Court of First Instance, with a finalization annotation dated 12.11.2024.
PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION: To identify the grievances and rights violations of all people who, wherever they may be, have fallen into hardship, been displaced, struck by disaster, or victimized due to war, natural disaster, and similar causes, who have migrated or been forced to migrate, been left destitute, or subjected to persecution; to take all necessary initiatives to ensure that these people's fundamental rights and freedoms are not neglected; and to fulfill the other purposes specified in the foundation charter.
ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION: TRY 500,000 (five hundred thousand Turkish lira) in cash

TRANSFER OF ASSETS AND RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF THE FOUNDATION'S DISSOLUTION: The institution or similarly purposed foundation to which the assets remaining after the foundation's liquidation will be transferred shall be determined by the board of trustees.
