At the Regional Migration and Return Forum, representatives from Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq came together to discuss institutional experiences gained in migration management, field practices, and sustainable return strategies.

Highlighting that a dignified return is not limited solely to border gates but begins with safe housing, education, and employment opportunities, the Regional Migration and Return Forum concluded with the hope of strengthening regional cooperation and data sharing networks.

At the Regional Migration and Return Forum, the reconstruction of Syria and the region, infrastructure needs, and the construction of safe living spaces were discussed with the participation of experts from regional countries.

At the Regional Migration and Return Forum, in light of current data from regional countries, humanitarian aid models, combating informality, academic access, and sustainable return strategies were evaluated in a multi-dimensional manner.

The Protocol and High-Level Panel, held within the scope of the Regional Migration and Return Forum, addressed the most important topics of the regional migration agenda with high-level participation.

The Ministries and Bureaucracy Panel, held within the scope of the Regional Migration and Return Forum, addressed the institutional dimension of regional migration management with the participation of experts from different countries.

In the Special Session on Regional Migration Management Experience, held within the scope of the Regional Migration and Return Forum, the migration management experiences and practical examples of regional countries were shared.

The first day of the forum, hosted by the Migration and Diaspora Foundation, brought together decision-makers, academics, and field representatives from six countries through an opening session, three panels, and roundtable workshops.
