The Ministries and Bureaucracy Panel, held within the scope of the Regional Migration and Return Forum, addressed the institutional dimension of regional migration management with the participation of experts from different countries.

In the session moderated by Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Babacan; Dr. Ali Faris, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Iraqi Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies; Dr. Hussein Muhammad Shibli, Chairman of the Jordan Hashemite Commission; Dr. Suheir Awad, Chairman of the Board of Misr El-Kheir; and Syrian Member of Parliament Dr. Husam Hamdan shared their views.

In the panel, comprehensive consultations were held on cross-border governance, the perception of security in regional migration management, data sharing, integration of registration systems, coordination at border crossings, and mechanisms to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation.
