Our Women's Diaspora Communications Directorate organized a session titled "Syria and Syrians Between Perceptions and Realities," featuring researcher-author Zahide Tuba Kor as the speaker. Held to better understand the realities on the ground and to contribute to the formation of accurate public opinion in society, this session addressed in detail the social, economic, and psychological difficulties experienced by Syrians. The reasons for their arrival in our country, their current circumstances, and the opportunities for voluntary return were discussed comprehensively. In addition, the perceptions that have formed in society regarding Syrians were analyzed and compared with the realities. We thank all the women journalists and NGO representatives who participated.
